We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services and a 48-hour notice for multi-spa or color services. Please be on time, communicate with us if your car fails or there is an emergency, and pretty please don't no-show. No-shows hurt our team physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, literally, and figuratively.
