Monica has been in the industry since 1995. She founded Mantra in 2014 with the vision of creating a caring and welcoming environment with the mission to help other stylists grow. She specializes in corrective colors, blondes, and formal hairstyles.

Erica graduated from the Cosmetology Training Center, Mankato in 2009. Her specialty is blondes and hair extensions. She loves to travel, hike, read fiction, and spend time with family and friends. She is inspired to build confidence from the inside out.

Olivia graduated from the Model College of Hair Design in 2017. She has a passion for all things hair. Making people feel like the best version of themselves is always her goal. Her favorite service is any type of blonding. In her free time, you can find her curating her music taste, reading or spending time outside.

Emma graduated from the cosmetology program at Ridgewater in 2023. She enjoys all things hair, especially lived-in color, blondes, and hair extensions. She also has a passion for makeup, artificial nails and facials. In her spare time, she's an avid reader, a volleyball and pickleball player or you can catch her in the stands cheering for her boyfriend's baseball team.

Alison Baker
Lash Extension Specialist
Ali is a 2019 graduate of PCI Academy. Since then, she has been specializing in lash extensions and growing her skills to be able to cater to unique looks to fit each client. She loves doing everything from classic to volume, and even pops of color. She also offers facials, nail services, and other lash and brow services.
When she isn't lashing, you can find Ali crocheting, begging her plants to grow or spending time with her family and pets.

Kennedy is a 2025 graduate of the Model College. She specializes in skin care but offers a wide range of services, including lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and tints. As a recent graduate she is excited to continue growing in this industry and learning all she can.​
